Angela Morgan is a Principal for PVSchools. She leads Palomino Primary School. Previous to her current role, Angela was the Assistant Principal at Palomino Primary School and a special education teacher in the district. Angela is a graduate of Horizon High School in Paradise Valley School District, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education from Arizona State University, and a Master of Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. She also holds her National Board Certification in Exceptional Needs/Early Childhood through Young Adulthood.
